Here are two books I have enjoyed over the summer.
A Brief History Of The Next 50 Years which is an essential read for any designer, trying to grasp a hold on future ideas and look beyond the next 10 years. It dose not talk about design directly but discuss every factor which influence a design. From the environment to economics and sociology. Good bit of humour as well!
Seven troop is a bloody good read as well, dealing with life after serving for the best regiment in the world. I enjoy reading about modern warfare, and very interesting subject to me.
